Everywhere you can go.
One board.

Depart is the departures board for everywhere you can go. Open it, and it finds your nearest airport, then lists every place one plane, train, or bus can take you from there, with real prices, ranked by price.

Depart is in development. Early access opens in waves, and the first members in are the founding members.

Early access is invite only

Depart opens airport by airport, in waves. When a wave opens for your home airport, invites go to the list in order. The first members in are the founding members, and their feedback sets what gets built next.

One email when your invite opens. No spam. Your address is never sold.

What Depart is

Travel search starts with a destination. Depart starts with you. It works like the departures board in the terminal, except the board is built for wherever you are standing, and every row carries a price.

It finds your airport

Open Depart and it locates the airport nearest you. No forms, no guessing which airport a city uses. The board starts from where you actually are.

Plane, train, or bus. No transfer.

A destination counts if one plane, train, or bus takes you there without a transfer. A nonstop or same-plane flight. A train or bus on a through service, where every scheduled stop is a destination of its own.

Real prices, ranked by price

Every row shows an all-in price, and the board sorts by that price. Check today, tomorrow, this weekend, or any date in the next two weeks, and watch a trip assemble itself.

Hopscotch mode

Weekend boards price the round trip. Hopscotch prices the hop. Pick any row and the board rebuilds itself around your new city, one-way fare first, ready for the next jump.

Every row carries its onward exits: how many places you can reach from there, and the cheapest way onward. A cheap fare into a city with no way out is not a deal, and Depart will not strand you on one.

Why a subscription

Most travel sites earn a commission on what you book, so their rankings answer to the booking, not to you. Depart charges a subscription and takes no commissions.

Short answers

When will I get in?

Invites go out in waves as new home airports open. Joining the list holds your place in line for your airport.

What will it cost?

Depart is a paid subscription, with no commissions on bookings. Founding members hear the price first, before invites open to their wave.

Which airports come first?

The first boards are being built for US airports. Tell us your home airport in the form, and it helps decide which wave opens next.
